Hyped about This Hackathon !

hi hi there Polkafam !

Just a quick question. I've got an idea, and am really itching to go.
Have designed some sketches, tried a few things out on testnent. Can i start testing it out/building now on my github or must i just wait until 6th Oct to start writing any code?
